Custom Tumbler Order Form - Disclaimers

  1. Custom Design LimitationsAll designs are custom-made based on the information provided by the customer. Please ensure that all text, colors, and design details are accurate before submission. Custom designs are non-refundable once production begins.

  2. Proof ApprovalA proof of the design will be sent for approval before production begins. Any changes after proof approval may delay the production timeline.

  3. Production TimeCustom tumblers typically have a turnaround time of 3-4 business days after proof approval. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  4. Shipping TimeShipping times are separate from production time and depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time for delivery based on your chosen shipping service.

  5. Order Cancellations & ModificationsOrders may be canceled or modified only within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations or changes cannot be made due to the production process.

  6. Responsibility for ErrorsThe customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of text, color, and design details. Any errors found after approval of the proof will not be eligible for a refund.

  7. Refunds & ExchangesDue to the custom nature of this product, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt.

  8. Responsibility for Shipping DamageWhile we take great care in packaging all orders, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Claims for shipping damage should be filed with the shipping carrier.

  9. Images and DesignsCustomers are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights to any images or logos used in custom designs. We are not liable for any copyright infringement related to designs submitted by customers.

  10. Additional FeesAny additional fees, including rush processing or shipping upgrades, must be paid prior to processing.
